Ruby

Second EP Ruby was released in 1995. Again working with Mark Freegard the band recorded in west London. The EP included Astrid’s string arrangements which would become an integral part of the band’s sound. The string players were James Banbury & Abigail Trundle (cello), Teresa Whipple (viola), Eleanor Gilchrist (violin).

The video shot for the single release of Ruby Ruby was directed by Thomas Q Napper and was shot in various locations in London, including the French House pub in Dean Street.
